See, I knew that you would try that semantic mumbo jumbo about this being a part of that, blah blah blah.

You see, Madagascar, while an island in the Indian ocean and home to many species of lemurs, organ grinder monkeys, ancestor worshipping natives and prehistoric fish of it’s coast (the coelacanth), Madagascar is also something more. It is a feeling, a spritual longing, another plane of existence which transcends mortality and the temporal boundaries of this world.

Like Tanelorn, legendary city of heroes.

I’m sure all of this is lost on someone who can’t fend off ravenous Swedes, however.

Tanelorn is lost because it is a creation of the fantastic fantasy writer Michael Moorcock (fantastic name, eh?), author of the most tragic of all the fantasy works, the Elric Saga.
