July 25th, 2005life is still good
Sometimes life can kick you in the ass. You’re having a good day, or you had a good weekend, and then the shit hits the fan and badaboom.. there you go.
My boss? Crazy. Other people? Crazy.
And I am trying to not let this get me down.
So I will now show some pics of the good times from the weekend…
There were excellent meals.

Then we went to a beautiful beach
Followed by the giant martini glass filled with the good stuff.
And it is these pictures that remind me that life, with all its ups and downs, is still good.
I want that beach.

It’s gorgeous isn’t it? It’s a nature preserve on the coast (they have a lot of those around here). Directly behind us, over some sand dunes, was a huge open bay with Great White Herons and egrets, but the guest and the outsider wouldn’t let me go birding… sigh. (I’m a little more nerdy than they are, lol.)

I was just sitting here thinking about how crappy life can be when i found your blog, thanks for the reminder that here is good mixed in with the crazy crap.
