April 18th, 2008it’s getting hot in here
When we moved the first time last year (haha), I sold our big air conditioner as the first house had two.
This place has two fans, but no air conditioning, and while so far that’s been OK, today the high was 70Ëš degrees outside and 78Ëš upstairs. Downstairs it didn’t get over 70Ëš, but since I’m sure that’s not far away, it’s time we start looking for a new air conditioner.
One problem. The windows in the living room? Totally oddly shaped. There are 11, but they are tall and skinny (probably less than six inches across), and I have NO idea where to find an air conditioner that would fit.
Anyone have any ideas? I’ve found a couple, but they are all over $300. I have my limits, lol.
