Shocking, I can tell you.
Starbucks coffee is just shit, but I love their chocolate & mango frappuccino. Delicious! oh, and their cookies!
I bet Mark got a very substantial payment from Starbucks from giving them such publicity ( whether the opinions are bad or good ).
