November 29th, 200632? it’s a big store, nobody’ll notice…
It’s a documented fact I’m not the biggest fan of Walmart.
But there’s this Supercenter one on my way home from work, and the prices are really good.
And the best part?
The self-checkout lane allows for 20 items.
Granted, I checked out of there with 32 items, but at least it wasn’t the “10 only” regular Walmart.
I also learned that if I ever need a second job, I can TOTALLY be a checker. I’m fast and I bag well.
😀
It’s the little things, you know.

Walmart is the devil. Go to Target!

The Insider claims that Target is out of the way, but I agree – Walmart is the devil.

you can’t work at walmart. you have all your teeth, hygiene, and don’t live in a trailer.

Wal-Mart is evil, but sometimes….You just can’t beat the prices…

There are REASONS you can’t beat the prices. Those reasons, coincidentally, happen to be nearly identical to the reasons why Walmart is evil.
It’s not enough to denounce it and still shop there.
Ban Walmart.

Target is 15 miles out of my way.. and when it’s dark and all I need are some things (that you can’t get at Target, mind you), I’ll go there.
Wen… good point, lol.
EcamirG.. I know, I know… and yet… I know. Argh.

I like Wal-Mart mostly for the cute little old people that they hire as people-greeters. I just like to go there and hear them say: ‘Welcome to Wal-Mart!’, and they’re all happy, and smiling.

The people-greeters can be grouped into two categories:
1) Robots programmed to simulate the actions and attitudes of cute little old people
2) Real old people who’ve been enslaved and are being controlled via behavior modification and psychotropic drugs.
Fear the old people!
