July 3rd, 2006summer drinking
So I had a lovely weekend… 🙂
Anywho, now I’m sitting here watching 10 Things I Hate About You (which I find hysterical due to the fake pregnancy belly that the dad makes the one girl wear, hehehe) and debating what I’m going to do tomorrow… I’m thinking, beach.
So packing a few things, I’ve been toying around with a flask and exactly how I’m going to get liquor onto a public beach. 😉
And I came up with this tasty little drink… a pint of raspberry sorbet, half a bottle of Grey Goose, a grapefruit and a Real Fruit Lime popsicle that I think my dad left in my freezer… all crushed up with some ice in the blender.
Soooo very, very good.

so i find myself actually missing california for the beaches and bbqs… sigh.

Eastcoast beaches are much better than Westcoast!!! It would be nice if Nana’s little water front place was closer so we could all go there, I miss that place!

Sounds delightful!
I love the Dad on 10 Things I Hate About You, I even don’t mind Heath Ledger in it!

I have no idea.
Why don’t we just treat this blog as a little family notes page? 😛

Sorry this one comes a little after the fact, but I was away on vacay last week…Great way to sneak booze onto public beaches: Drink/soup thermoses-You know, the ones w/the little spigot on top..They hold 3-4 drinks, they’re a convenient travel size, and they keep stuff cold. Just pour into a Solo cup and ejoy…
