grousing

Coming back to work, after almost a week off, sucks uge donkeyballs.

There’s way too much stuff to do, and the coworker and I would much rather be anywhere else.

Particularly when we’re facing emails from the Boss that he sent on Thanksgiving.

His home life must really be subpar.

  1. He’s faking professional dedication, but it’s backfiring and you think he’s a loser. Ha!
My former boss would do that. Except we knew he was a fake and a loser.

  3. I just got back from two wonderful weeks off, which sucks the balls of a large land-based mammal that doesn’t even exist yet. (maybe something a bit further up on the evolutionary chain — like some kind of highly-evolved bear, maybe. i’m not sure. i’d definitely recognize its balls when i saw them and i’d point to them and say: “there! there! This is what coming back from two weeks off sucks!”)

    so. hi.

i hate work in general NOT just when i come back from someplace better (which in all honesty could be a giant tire fire and it would still be better).

  11. I’m assuming grousing is a word for grumbling. It means two other things to me. neither of which are about being grumpy. Oh, they’re not rude either.

But, yeah! He must have been having a whale of a time on Thanksgiving!
