Grr! No! The Porkchop was in charge of putting the chicken in the oven, and what happened was that it didn’t fit in the pan I wanted to use, so I told him to wrap foil around it. And then I just figured he’d know to put foil or a baking sheet below it to catch whatever came out. 😛

Unfortunately, he didn’t, LOL. So it was icky.

plus.. how on earth can you get THAT much chicken grease in an oven? did you just chuck the whole thing in and say fuck the pan?

Listen missy, I DID! I swear to god, I have never seen this happen. It was foul.

Grampa.. I’ve used Easy Off, but see, the issue was that I didn’t want to have to work at it.

Now, of course, I have at least two hours of SOS pads and Easy Off to look forward too, because god knows I’m not trying the self clean again.

That’s how ovens self clean – they burn everything out. Some smoke is expected. It’s best to just get some heavy-duty gloves and some easy-off. Put your back into it.

well you see, it’s self cleaning, but you need to at least take the damn chicken out of the oven first. 🙂
