However, they thought they had everything gained and other chains, like Target, started to invest on an additional value that is the psychological side of the costumer. And, like the report mentions in some point, visual things and perceptions are crucial for a business ! and nowadays it is even more important because costumers want to find a differential factor of their action of shopping.
