We took a bus, one of those college-student-discount-things, and when we crossed the border…both ways, mind you…all the cusotms guys did was get on the bus, say ‘Anyone who is not a United States citizen, please raise your hand.’, and when no one did, thanked everyone and got off the bus.

Ahh, those were the days…

Just a ‘hi’ and a ‘bye’. But those are some of the dumbest questions I ever heard from a customs guy. When did you meet?

I guess they ask all those kinds of questions to see if they can throw you. But if that were the case the questions should be ‘who was your 3rd grade teacher’.
