i know. did i tell you he bought me a rolling pin? i was whining that i didn’t have one and i had to use an empty wine bottle to roll out pie dough. so he got me one at lunch. granted it’s so i can make treats for him… but still!

i can make a rockin’ roasted corn and pinapple salsa… it can go on top of anything or be dipped with chips..
