And yes, you will hear from me regularly over here… I mean, I’m at home with my dad, who, in and of himself, will provide countless posts.

Want to know what he’s doing right now? Of course you do… watching his Frontsight training CD, trying to convince my mom and I to go there for Christmas. Lovely.

Hope your trip is everything you want and then some! How long you gonna be gone?

What I love is when the person is wearing a name tag and you call them by their name. Throws them completely off. I did that once and the person was like “How’d you know my name?” my reply?…(in the usual smartass fasion) “I work at the pyschic friends network” then trundled off real fast! lol, there are some days where I love bein me!

If we don’t hear from you before (which I hope we do), have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

i always smile and talk nice to everybody who is doing me a service (ie coffee, grocery checker, mail person etc.) at the airport i do the same. it’s great, because they are just doing their job, you smile and be nice and they are nice in turn.

and insider, now you know what it’s like to work with the adorable coworker everyday. he says shit like bling bling all the time… and just now, i was reading your post and not listening to him so he yells out “man, i’m hittin’ you with my a-game, my best material, and you’re just blase about it all… ” then wanders off muttering some more. honestly, every office needs an adorable coworker.

Anne’s comment just reinforces my belief that there is no such thing as altruism.

Now, hear me out, people.

I love doing nice things for other people. Not because I like to do it for its own sake (altruistically), but rather because it makes me feel good . That is what I get out of it.

In simpler terms, nobody does nothin’ for nothin’. If you disagree, please state your example and I will do my best to prove you wrong.

Cause it makes me feel good.

Man, Ugg Boots? how that name ? sounds really bad in spanish… this sheep-fashion came over here too 2 winters ago and still remains. I didnt surrender to this new trend but, I confess, I almost did! :SSSSS
